Own operations end to end at Waverunner, a Rocketlink portfolio company headquartered in Malta. You'll lead day-to-day execution, scale the team and the processes, and connect the business into Rocketlink's shared commerce infrastructure as it grows.

What you'll do

Run daily operations; remove blockers and raise the bar on execution speed.
Scale the team by hiring, structuring, and developing operations talent as the business grows.
Tighten KPIs, dashboards, and reporting so leadership decisions sit on real numbers.
Connect Waverunner into Rocketlink's shared commerce stack across payments orchestration, group analytics, and compliance, removing duplicated work.
Partner with the CEO on strategy execution and with Rocketlink leadership on group-level initiatives.

What We're Looking For

4+ years in operations leadership at a commerce, SaaS, or payments-adjacent business.

Comfort with Malta regulatory context, or strong appetite to ramp on it quickly.

Hands-on operator; metrics-driven; ruthlessly process-minded.

Track record scaling a team from 10 to 50, or 50 to 150.

Malta-based or willing to relocate.
