Run one of Rocketlink's portfolio companies end to end. Full operating mandate. P&L, team, strategy, and growth all sit with you. You'll plug into Rocketlink's shared commerce infrastructure across payments routing, analytics, compliance, and engineering, so the back-office work that normally eats a CEO's calendar is already taken care of.
What you'll do
- Own the company's P&L; set the targets and hit them quarter on quarter.
- Lead and grow the team; hire the gaps, raise the bar on performance, retain the core.
- Set product and commercial strategy; defend it in monthly reviews with Rocketlink leadership.
- Plug into shared services so you compound rather than rebuild: payments orchestration, group reporting, compliance, talent.
- Identify and execute the inorganic moves (bolt-ons, partnerships) that accelerate the business.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years operating experience at a digital commerce, software, or payments business.
- Track record running a P&L or a meaningful sub-business; you've owned a number, not just consulted on one.
- Hands-on operator; comfortable in the weeds, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong commercial instincts; you can read a market, pick a wedge, and execute against it.
- Willingness to be Malta-based, with travel across portfolio locations as the business demands.
