Lead day-to-day accounting and reporting for Rocketlink's Malta-based portfolio entities. You'll close the books, tighten controls, manage the relationships with our auditors and tax advisors, and partner with finance leads across multiple jurisdictions. The role sits at the operational heart of the group's finance function.
What you'll do
- Run the monthly close across multiple Malta entities, on time, every time.
- Produce statutory and management reporting packs; partner with the FP&A team on consolidation.
- Lead audit prep and the relationship with our external auditors.
- Manage VAT, corporate tax, and cross-border filings with our tax advisors.
- Tighten internal controls and accounting policies as the portfolio grows.
What We're Looking For
- ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification (qualified or final-stage finalist).
- 4+ years in accounting roles, ideally with multi-entity or group exposure.
- Malta-based or willing to relocate; familiarity with the Malta accounting and tax framework is strongly preferred.
- Cross-border or multi-jurisdiction reporting experience is a plus.
- Solid Excel; comfort with at least one modern accounting platform such as Xero, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.
